Digital Matrix Systems Enhances Capabilities of CreditBrowser® with Addition of Innovis® PinPointe Report

PLANO, Texas (August 31, 2022) – Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. (DMS), a leading risk management solution provider, announced today that it has enhanced its CreditBrowser® platform through the addition of the PinPointe report from Innovis Data Solutions, Inc. (Innovis), a provider of consumer information and credit data to financial institutions.

Lenders need easy access to tradeline data to quickly respond to consumer inquiries regarding information on their credit reports.  Addressing these customer service calls can be time-consuming and require the lender to contact the credit bureau(s) directly.  It can also involve looking through multiple bureau websites with different user IDs and passwords to find tradeline information across the different bureaus.

The DMS CreditBrowser® platform makes it quick and easy to pull report detail through an enhanced view that stacks the data from each of the desired bureaus.  The information is easily identified by clear headers and bureau-specific colors.  The latest platform enhancement adds the Innovis PinPointe report, enabling clients to easily view tradelines reported to Innovis along with the other major credit bureaus.

“Digital Matrix Systems is an innovative partner that shares our commitment to data, technology, and processes that help drive successful financial institutions,” said Paul Pelletier, VP of Alternative Channels for Innovis.  “We’re glad to work with the DMS team and further enhance lenders’ ability to efficiently investigate consumer requests via CreditBrowser.”

“We are pleased to work with Innovis and provide our clients with an even stronger solution to address consumer credit inquiries,” said Carson York, Senior Vice President for Digital Matrix Systems.  “We appreciate Innovis’ emphasis on empowering both consumers and businesses with data solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.”

Digital Matrix Systems Celebrates Its 40th Anniversary

PLANO, Texas (August 23, 2022) – Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. (DMS), a leading risk management solution provider, announced its 40th anniversary as a provider of data-driven solutions to leading financial institutions and insurance companies.

Since its inception in 1982 by founder and CEO David McGough, DMS has evolved from providing access to data to helping leading companies access the power of that data through advanced analytics.  In the company’s formative years, the credit industry started a shift to automated credit reporting.  DMS was recognized as the first vendor to provide access to all five credit bureaus from a common desktop platform.  Another early innovation was leading the shift from terminal-based credit bureau access to PC-based access.

Over the past 40 years, Digital Matrix Systems has introduced numerous solutions that help companies manage risk and improve the efficiency of their operations.  The DMS solution suite provides broad support of critical business activities, including loan origination, risk management, marketing, fraud mitigation, collections, and consumer dispute resolution.  The company works collaboratively with its clients and is currently honored to support a client roster of over 500 companies.

In recent years, company highlights include a corporate headquarters move to Plano, TX, the release of the next generation of DMS Summary Attributes®, the launch of DMS TestLab®, and enhancements to the CreditBrowser® platform.  Aaron Trentacosta, who previously served as VP of Operations, was named Executive Vice President in June.

“I’m proud of what our team has accomplished and DMS’ continued innovation on behalf of our clients,” said David McGough, President and CEO for Digital Matrix Systems.  “I want to thank our clients for the trust that they place in us and our employees for their commitment and dedication to delivering exceptional quality to our clients each and every day.”
